I've been loom knitting since mid-2004. There was very little info available about this art at that time, and the same questions were being asked over and over. I started collecting all the information I could to share with others. I've translated needle knitting techniques to be accomplished with looms, and I have come up with some new stitches and techniques of my own.
I created the Loom Knitting website as a central location for instructions and patterns. New information and patterns are being added all the time. Posts on this blog will let you keep up with what's going on behind the scenes!

Hi! I just ran on to your website and then saw the link to your blog! I love loom knitting, but really have only done hats. I have taught many 13 year old girls how to do it though. We have made a lot of baby hats for charity. Thank you for your website and also this blog. I will check back in. I will also go to JoAnn's and buy your book!
I have your book and can't wait to try some of your projects. I started a baby blanket with your Shell Stitch but I had the loom set to far apart and had to frog it because the holes were to big for a baby. I loved your instructions though I had no problem following them. I could see how beautiful the stitch and blanket would be if I used a different setting on my loom.
